This spot is sooo cute! The decor changes every season and it's great for family photo opts! The staff are incredibly personable and attentive. The place is clean and modern. The guy upfront is pretty funny. lol Their egg coffee is soooo good. I also love ordering their half-gallon ice coffee for the remainder of the week. They also have this yogurt coffee I was hesitant to try, but TRUST!!! I love all of their milk teas as it's not diluted compared to others I've tried. My favorite is their royal milk and jasmine milk tea. They also have flavored teas. Their kumquat tea is my fav! Their banh mi is very good. I have tried each one and none has disappointed. They also have other options like shrimp po'boy, wings with their in-house sauces, kimchi fries, spring rolls, and lots of mini appetizers. I love different varieties!

Best place in Asia town for Banh Mi. The place is super clean, great place for lunch, or dinner. If you are in the local area check them out and as always support your local small businesses.

Fast, friendly service. This restaurant feels homey and clean when walking in. The iced Vietnamese coffee with egg foam was very strong and creamy. Grilled chicken banh mi was perfect but the jalapeños are very heaty. They also have free soup if you eat in :)

We've been here multiple times both for to go orders and dine in. Food and drinks/desserts are good. I'd say quality and prices are standard for a place like this. There's a good amount of seating inside. I love the cute decor they have for whichever season it is. Staff is always friendly. They're pretty quick too even when it's busy. There have been a couple times when they messed up our orders but otherwise it's overall a good experience every time we've come here.

Five stars! First time here and I ordered a jasmine milk tea with egg pudding and beef kimchi fries. The staff were so nice and helpful. They gave us all cups for complimentary soup since I ordered fries for dine in! They had miso soup and hot and sour soup, the latter of which was so delicious and would be perfect for the winter. The beef kimchi fries were tasty, no complaints there. My jasmine tea was nice and the egg pudding came in big perfect chunks with vanilla bean flecks throughout it. The ambiance was light and airy with some soft classical music playing in the background and ample seating. I will definitely be coming back to this teahouse when I'm in the area! FYI I don't think they do milk alternatives unless you order a specific brown sugar drink that comes with oatmilk and they don't have wifi but no biggie for me!

I like the cozy, cottage cafe vibe this little restaurant gives. I tried their grilled pork bahn mi which came with a complimentary self-serve soup with choices of Hot and Sour or Miso Soup. I chose the Miso, which was light with a good savory flavor. The Bahn Mi had a lot of veggies to meat ratio, but the taste was good. The pork, in my opinion, was a tad too salty. It wasn't overpowering, but if it was a little less it would have been perfect for me. I would say the star of the show was the spicy popcorn chicken. You get a decent amount with a little bit of basil. The spice level was more mild to medium and the flavor had a slight sweet taste that paired well with the spice of the chicken. I would come back again just for that. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our time here.

Stopped by this spot on my way home from Houston because of the great reviews, and it did not disappoint! I got the BT combination banh mi and the grilled pork banh mi to-go. Both were so delicious and hit the spot after my long drive home! Even after sitting for a few hours, the bread wasn't soggy and the flavors melded well together. Aside from banh mi, they also have drinks (viet coffees and bubble tea) and appetizers. While I got my order to-go, there is plenty of seating for dine-in. It was super clean inside, and perfect for some casual dining. I also saw a sign for complimentary soup served 11am-7pm for dine-in customers. My only complaint is the pricing--at $7.95 for the BT combination and $7.45 for the grilled pork, while super yummy, isn't the most wallet friendly for the size of the banh mi. But I would come back to try their other banh mi, as well as their drinks and other food options!
